Terms and Conditions of Use

This website is owned and operated by Harbour Sports Club CIC. (hereinafter as “HSC", “we” or “us”). Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before you use the site. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website. You should check these Terms and Conditions every now and again as HSC may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting an updated version to this web page without notifying you about the changes before they take effect. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of the published Terms and Conditions.

Creating an account

We may require you to create an account to access certain features or functions of HSC’s services. You agree to follow certain rules when you create an account with HSC or use the services, including the following:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority where you reside, to use HSC’s services. If you are 13 or older, you may only use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who manages your use and/or account. However, if you are under 13, please do not provide us with any information about yourself.

  • If you are using HSC’s services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to legally bind that entity and grant HSC all permissions and licences provided in these Terms and Conditions.

You agree to immediately inform us if there is an unauthorised use of your account, password, or a security breach, such as loss or theft of your login information. You are responsible for (and we will hold you responsible for) any activities that occur under your account.

  • Except to the extent you have agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement between you and HSC, you may terminate your access to the services and the general applicability of Terms and Conditions by deleting your account.

    Copyright Policy

  • All materials, including text, templates, images, information and layouts, presented on this site, other than those supplied by third parties, are owned by HSC.

  • You are permitted to view, copy, print and download extracts for your personal or businesses own internal use provided the source and HSC’s copyright is acknowledged. All rights, intellectual or otherwise, will remain with HSC and do not pass to you. Should you wish to use content of the site for any other purpose, please contact us at info@harboursc.co.uk .

  • The copyright of all other materials not belonging to HSC that may feature on this website, including their design, layout, text, graphics, photographs, and the source code and software, belongs to their respective owners.

  • Registered and unregistered trademarks, logo designs, registered company names and other such forms of intellectual property are also the property of their respective owners.

Terminating the use of the Website
